Ealixir’s Code of Ethics is a set of rules approved by our Board of Directors and signed by all of our employees, for the internal and external regulation of our company and for the protection of our clients.
Our reputation management practice is designed to assist individuals, companies and brands. Before taking on a project we carefully examine all cases. It is our duty to verify the good faith of those who request the services of our company. We work daily in compliance with the regulatory rules of the markets in which we operate and we strive to respect the different cultures that inhabit our planet.

Respect for the rights and dignity of people.
Workers, collaborators or partners are committed to respect the enunciated principles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In particular, respect of the dignity and value of each person and the right to privacy, self-determination, diversity and autonomy. Likewise, respect for the individual, cultural, gender differences, ethnicity, religion, ideology, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status.

Employees, co-workers or partners of Ealixir act in the order of their own ethical discipline by committing themselves to share our Code of Ethics. We ask them to support our company also in activities that are not directly related to the business.
Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners will respect the principles and rules of conduct stated in this Ethical Code, taking responsibility for compliance, as well as the commitment to promote the Right to be Forgotten. In cases where there are no recognized professional standards or criteria yet, it is the duty of Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners to exercise careful judgment.
Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners will be guided by the principles of probity, honesty, fairness and respect for others in their professional practice. In this context, one considers their own beliefs, values, needs and limitations and the effect they have on their work. In the same way, Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners will avoid behavior in their private life that may generate doubts about their honesty or ethical training, which may affect the professional image or the Ealixir brand.
Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners should, in the exercise of their profession, avoid influences or personal or institutional pressures that could violate their ethical training and observance of professional ethical standards.

Use of information obtained during the professional relationship.
If during the professional exercise, Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners should obtain "privileged information", legally defined as such, they must avoid using such information for purposes other than strictly professional use. It is an even more serious transgression to use the information to the detriment of the Client.

Personal interference in professional practice.
Ealixir employees, co-workers and partners must strive to prevent personal, social, political, religious or institutional factors from being detrimental to their professional practice, especially in terms of factors which could interfere with the delivery of high quality work and affect the wellbeing of their clients.
In this case, to protect our clients, there must be a prompt intervention to resolve problematic or compromising situations. This could mean the suspension of the task being undertaken and request for theassistance of company management and colleagues.
Ealixir employees, co-workers and partners should assist their clients for as long as necessary or according to the agreement in place. Should this not be possible, precautions will be taken so that the client receives appropriate attention. Any situation or action which, without a fully justified reason, could hinder the time and attention that the client is entitled should be avoided.
Ealixir employees, co-workers and partners must be aware that all client information is confidential. Therefore, it is necessary to implement all safeguard procedures. Client information is strictly confidential and release to third parties is strictly prohibited.
