Ealixir’s Code of Ethics is a set of rules approved by our Board of Directors and signed by all of our employees, for the internal and external regulation of our company and for the protection of our clients.

Respect for the rights and dignity of people.

Workers, collaborators or partners are committed to respect the enunciated principles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In particular, respect of the dignity and value of each person and the right to privacy, self-determination, diversity and autonomy. Likewise, respect for the individual, cultural, gender differences, ethnicity, religion, ideology, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status.

Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners will respect the principles and rules of conduct stated in this Ethical Code, taking responsibility for compliance, as well as the commitment to promote the Right to be Forgotten. In cases where there are no recognized professional standards or criteria yet, it is the duty of Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners to exercise careful judgment.

In this context, one considers their own beliefs, values, needs and limitations and the effect they have on their work. Use of information obtained during the professional relationship.

If during the professional exercise, Ealixir employees, co-workers or partners should obtain "privileged information", legally defined as such, they must avoid using such information for purposes other than strictly professional use. It is an even more serious transgression to use the information to the detriment of the Client.

Personal interference in professional practice.

Ealixir employees, co-workers and partners must strive to prevent personal, social, political, religious or institutional factors from being detrimental to their professional practice, especially in terms of factors which could interfere with the delivery of high quality work and affect the wellbeing of their clients.
In this case, to protect our clients, there must be a prompt intervention to resolve problematic or compromising situations. This could mean the suspension of the task being undertaken and request for theassistance of company management and colleagues.

Customer Service

Ealixir employees, co-workers and partners should assist their clients for as long as necessary or according to the agreement in place. Should this not be possible, precautions will be taken so that the client receives appropriate attention. Any situation or action which, without a fully justified reason, could hinder the time and attention that the client is entitled should be avoided.
